Ric Trainor - Director RECS Program

Ric has been Director for Hall Mercer's MH/MR Program for over 20 years. The Program (like the field itself) continues to evolve. An important part of running a Program like this is adapting to change...new theories, greater understanding and technologies all contribute to the evolution of this industry.

Vera has been with Hall Mercer's MH/MR Program for over 30 years. Her extensive experience is evident in her training skills, always getting the best out of her clients. Her training strength is job skills, seeing many of her clients going on to fulfill employment goals.

Angelo has been with RECS Program for 1 year after moving to Philadelphia from New York. He brings his passion for helping clients achieve their dreams and spends a lot of his time focused on training in the community through travel training and recreation skills.
